In brief: Some days, the weight of what you’re carrying is too much for inspiration. What you need is something simpler — a few specific, honest reminders that cut through the noise and bring you back to solid ground. We’ve put seven of them together in a free guide you can keep on your phone, print out, or save for when you need them most.
There are days when you don’t need a story about someone who overcame the odds. You know those stories exist. They help — they genuinely help — but there are days when the gap between someone else’s triumph and your current situation feels so wide that the story makes things worse, not better.
On those days, what you need is not inspiration. You need something more immediate. Something to read in two minutes that doesn’t ask anything of you — no grand reframe, no action plan, no pep talk. Just a few honest reminders that tell you the truth about where you are and give you enough ground to stand on for the rest of the day.
That is what the Project Never Give Up Free Guide is. Seven reminders, written for the hard days specifically — not the days when you’re fired up and ready, but the days when you’re not sure you can keep going. It is free. It will take thirty seconds to get it.

Why We Made This
Most motivational content is built for people who are already moving. When you are at your lowest, the same content can feel like someone shouting encouragement from a long way away. We wanted to make something different. Something quiet. Something that meets you exactly where you are — even if where you are is 2am, exhausted, and not sure what you’re doing any of it for. The seven reminders are not motivational quotes. They are honest statements about what the hardest periods actually involve — and what is true about you even when it doesn’t feel true.
A Preview of What’s Inside
The feeling is not a verdict. The feeling on hard days is real, but what it’s telling you is often not accurate. Exhaustion produces a specific kind of clarity that seems convincing and is frequently wrong.
Small counts. On the hardest days, even moving can feel pointless. It isn’t. One reminder is for the days when the only move available is a very small one — and makes the case that the small move is enough.
You have been here before and you got through it. Useful to be reminded of on the days when this hard period feels uniquely permanent.
This is the middle, not the end. Difficult periods feel, from inside them, like they go on forever. They don’t. One reminder gives you a frame for where you are in the arc.
You don’t have to fix everything today. One reminder gives you explicit permission to let today be smaller than you think it has to be.
How to Use It
Download it and save it somewhere you can find it on a bad day — your phone’s home screen, a note app, a printed page on your desk. The guide is most useful if you don’t read it on a good day looking for inspiration. Read it on the day when you need it. It takes about two minutes.
When you download it, you’ll also receive the Project Never Give Up newsletter — one email a week, containing a story of someone who kept going and one practical tool for the hard middle. You can unsubscribe at any time. We won’t spam you or sell your email address.
And If Today Is One of Those Days
If you are reading this on a hard day, we want you to know something before you download anything: you are not alone in this. The feeling that you are the only one this tired, this uncertain, this far from where you thought you’d be — that feeling is one of the most common experiences of people trying to do something hard. It is not evidence that you are uniquely failing. It is the experience of the middle, which almost everyone in it feels alone in.
