Project Never Give Up (projectnevergiveup.com) is an independent website operated by Mohit Goel, an individual based in India, trading as Project Never Give Up. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mohit Goel. When you use this website or buy from us, your agreement is with Mohit Goel. The website provides resilience stories, motivational content, a free resource guide, an AI Friend called Risha (with a free plan and a paid plan), and offers merchandise through an online shop. The website has been running since 2016.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please use this website with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

3. Risha — AI Friend

Risha is an AI-powered friend designed to provide emotional support, resilience stories, and motivation. By using Risha, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

What Risha Is

• Risha is an AI Friend for emotional support and motivation — not a therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical professional
• Risha’s responses are generated by an AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
• Conversations with Risha are stored in your account so you can access your history

What Risha Is Not

• Risha is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline.
• Risha is not a crisis line. In an emergency, please call emergency services in your country.

Your Conversations

The content of your Risha conversations is private. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train AI models. It is processed only by the service providers we need to run Risha, such as Anthropic, which generates Risha’s replies, and Twilio, if you use WhatsApp. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Your Use of Risha

• You keep ownership of what you write to Risha. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide Risha to you
• You are responsible for what you write to Risha and for how you use or rely on Risha’s responses
• We may moderate, limit or block messages and accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use rules below
• If you believe something Risha has produced infringes your rights, contact us at contact@projectnevergiveup.com with the details and we will review it and remove it where appropriate

4. User Accounts

When you create a Risha account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate the Acceptable Use rules below. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Use Risha to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate or bypass Risha’s safety features

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including stories, articles, the free guide, designs, the Risha interface, and the brand — is the property of Project Never Give Up and is protected by copyright.

You may share links to our content. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use our content without explicit written permission.

Stories about real public figures are published for informational and motivational purposes under fair use principles.

7. Email Communications

By signing up for our newsletter or free guide, you consent to receiving emails from us. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We will not send you spam or sell your email address to anyone.

8. Risha Plans, Billing and Cancellation

Plans

• Free — 25 messages without an account, and 100 messages every 30 days with a free account. Web and WhatsApp messages share the same count
• Unlimited — a paid monthly plan with no monthly message limit

The price, billing frequency, currency, taxes and any discount code applied are shown at checkout before you pay. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect on your next renewal.

Billing and renewal

Unlimited renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) may be added depending on where you are located. If a renewal payment fails or your subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan once the period you have paid for ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Unlimited until then and are not charged again. You can cancel using the link in your subscription confirmation or receipt email, or by contacting us.

Refunds

Refunds for Risha plans are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process for Risha plans is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for these orders: it processes your payment, collects and pays applicable taxes, issues your receipt, and processes refunds. The provider’s name and its own buyer terms are shown at checkout and on your receipt, and they also apply to your purchase. Merchandise from our shop is fulfilled and paid for separately, as described in Section 9.

9. Shop and Purchases

The following apply to merchandise orders from our shop:

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required
• Products are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and fulfilment partner capacity
• Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws
• Payment for shop orders is processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details

Payments for Risha plans are handled separately, as described in Section 8.

10. Third-Party Services

This website uses third-party services including Brevo (email), Hostinger (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Twilio (WhatsApp messaging), a payment provider (for Risha plans), PayPal (shop payments), and Printful (fulfilment). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The website will be available at all times without interruption
• Content on the website is always accurate, complete, or up to date
• Risha’s responses are always appropriate, accurate, or suitable for your situation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Never Give Up and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including reliance on Risha’s responses for mental health or life decisions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 1,000 if no payment was made).

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. For users in the EU or UK, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
